Have you been using Windows XP, you would be irritated by the default places bar that shows up everytime you choose to save a file to your computer.
Press Control-S, and you’ll see a default “Save as” dialog like this:
Seemingly, the default places do not suite you well, like Network Places or My Recent Documents, therefore it usually results in a clogged Desktop :D Now these are the custom places I want:
If you download manga daily like me, you would love to have a place bar to the Manga directory :D
The easiest method to customize places bar is executing gpedit.msc (Start->run->gpedit.msc)

There are many “software” that provide GUI for customizing Places Bar. I don’t remember them all, since I’ve never used any, but one of the most popular should be TweakXP
