Piano

My own piano!

It’s been in my wishlist since I was 7 years old. During my 2nd grade, my father took me to a church where a nun taught me piano. At first it was boring and repetitive playing with the 7 notes. But after I finished “Claire de la lune” things got a bit more interesting. I still recall how nice it was playing piano in a quiet sanctum..

And here it is:

piano

Yamaha PX-85 digital piano, a very compact, fine-tuned digital piano designed for the best look and audibility. I’ve laid my hands on some Casio within same price range, but later decided to get this baby.

It took me 1 month :( to memorize Moonlight Sonata - a C sharp minor masterpiece of Ludwig van Beethoven. It might took another month, prospectively, to master-this-piece for an amateurism like me (kindly note that amateurism doesn’t mean unskilled, it means “A person who engages in an art, science, study, or athletic activity as a pastime rather than as a profession”). Next month I’m gonna buy a midi2usb converter so that I could upload my music here. Please stay tuned :P
